Long before START Senior Solutions had a name, my dad, Harley Bergren, saw its heart. He recognized it in Tracy Keibler, whose passion for helping older adults wasn't just palpable--it was unstoppable.

As it turns out, even before Tracy was born, our families lived across the street from each other.
